Katie is a wonderful teacher, I always feel so comfortable & peaceful in her classes which are full of lovely people and so non-competitive. Attending these classes is the best gift you can give to yourself. Highly recommended!

Katie’s teaching is relaxed, informative and fun. In the 2 years she has been teaching me, my core strength and flexibility have greatly improved. The one night a week that I practice yoga with Katie is the only one I can guarantee a peaceful nights sleep!
